Our commitment

Hotel San Cristobal is committed to maintaining a Quality and Environmental Management System for its Accommodation, Catering and Event Organisation Services, based on the requirements of the UNE 182001:2008 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.

The hotel’s management defines and manages the Policy as an integral part of its processes and services, to ensure the continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the management system. This Policy is considered as a framework of reference for setting and reviewing the Management System’s objectives and goals.

We make the following commitments based on these principles:

· Getting to know our customers with the opportunity to build their loyalty and treat them as guests.

· Committing to compliance with all current Quality and Environment regulations and being proactive with continuous improvement to improve environmental performance.

· Developing and promoting a true culture of sustainability by raising awareness among external and internal customers with the aim of creating a more responsible and supportive environment.

· Environmental protection: protecting the environment and preventing pollution and the depletion of resources are incorporated in all activities with a potential impact on the environment, by controlling, managing and minimising any waste that may be generated during our activity.

· Achieving a working environment that allows staff to develop their skills.

This Quality and Environmental Policy is reviewed annually by the management and communicated to all hotel employees. It can be accessed by any external person who wishes to do so.


The company is committed to protecting the environment, preventing pollution and making other specific commitments relevant to the context of the organisation.

· REACH A CONSENSUS on the necessary mechanisms that guarantee compliance with the Environmental Policy, and analyse the result.

· RAISE AWARENESS about environmental friendliness among all members of the organisation.

· PROVIDE guests with the necessary information to make them aware of our values and our environmental commitment.

· INFORM our suppliers and subcontractors of our criteria for selecting purchases and using products, in an environmentally friendly manner.
