Hotel San Cristobal is committed to maintaining a Quality and Environmental Management System for its Accommodation, Catering and Event Organisation Services, based on the requirements of the UNE 182001:2008 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.
The hotel’s management defines and manages the Policy as an integral part of its processes and services, to ensure the continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the management system. This Policy is considered as a framework of reference for setting and reviewing the Management System’s objectives and goals.

This Quality and Environmental Policy is reviewed annually by the management and communicated to all hotel employees. It can be accessed by any external person who wishes to do so.

- LED and energy-saving light fittings.
- Sensors on light fittings in communal areas.

- Separation and control of solid and organic waste.
